What is your Return Policy?

Due to all items being printed to order, we do not accept refund or exchanges.
However we want you to be happy with your purchase, if there is a problem with your order or if it arrived damaged, please contact us straight away and we are more than happy to help.

Do you ship internationally?

We are very sorry we only provide shipping within Hong Kong at the moment.

What techniques do you use to print art?

All artwork is responsively printed in Hong Kong on high quality FSC certified fine art paper with offset printing technnique.

How do you package and ship the prints?

All prints are carefully rolled and wrapped with acid-free tissue paper in individual protective poster tubes.
Please allow 3-5 business days before your prints are posted.
